His work began with engineering and technology teams, helping them modernize delivery, strengthen culture, and enhance developer experience, and has since expanded to shaping how entire enterprises collaborate and execute.

With over 20 years of experience leading technology and transformation teams, including at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Andrew brings a deep understanding of how culture, leadership, and systems design drive measurable business outcomes. He holds an MBA and regularly speaks with global technology teams on topics such as DevOps, developer experience, and modern engineering leadership.

Matt Harman

Technical Director, Engineering, Atlassian Williams F1 Team

Matt Harman is responsible for both the leadership of the engineering department and the management of the team's car programme - ensuring that each element of all car and technology programmes are produced to cost, on time, and in line with the team's performance ambitions.

Before joining the team, Matt worked across multiple roles in Formula 1, including positions at Alpine, Renault F1 Team, and Mercedes. His experience spans both chassis and power unit teams, giving him a unique insight into how seamless integration of engineering and people can influence and drive on-track performance.
